- 1. Describe the recent changes in Florida Family Law (F.S. 61) related to

- ♦ parental time sharing
- ♦ shared/sole parental responsibility
- 2. Compare the differences between the roles of the
- ♦ attorney
- ♦ parent coordinator
- ♦ mediator
- ♦ social investigator
- 3. List the elements included in F.S. 61.125 delineating the purpose of parenting coordination.
- 4. Explain the mediator’s role related to parental time sharing agreements.
- 5. Describe the social investigator’s role as per F.S. 61.13 in helping the Court determine parental time-sharing agreements.
- 6. Design a treatment plan for helping clients cope successfully with divorce/modification as it relates to a high conflict separation/divorce.
